When you submit our contact form, we collect:

- The message you write
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes basic technical data — IP address, browser type, referrer, country — for the purposes of security, performance, and abuse prevention. We do not store this technical data ourselves.
What we don't collect
- We don't use marketing or analytics cookies.
- We don't track you across other sites.
- We don't share, sell, or rent your information to third parties.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit only to respond to your inquiry. If you ask us to follow up, we may save your contact details for that purpose. We will not add you to a marketing list without your consent.
Service providers we use
- Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, and infrastructure
- Resend — transactional email delivery for form submissions
Each of these providers has their own privacy practices. We use them only as data processors strictly for the operation of this site.
Data retention
We retain your contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and follow up. If you'd like us to delete your information, write to us at sharekh@braycore.com and we'll do so within 30 days.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you. Email sharekh@braycore.com with your request.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change how we handle data, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
